European Rocketry Competition
The European Rocketry Challenge (EuRoC) is the first European rocketry competition, established in October 2020 in Ponte de Sor, Portugal by Portugal Space and by suggestion and encouragement of DanSTAR. The competition is held yearly and universities from all over Europe compete against each other in different categories to accurately fly to a specific altitude. DanSTAR is competing in the 30.000 ft bi-liquid category, by far most challenging category.
One reason for the creation of the competition was the cancellation of the Spaceport America Cup (SAC) due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and so the categories were transferred to EuRoC to ensure optimal conditions for the European teams that had spent years preparing for SAC.

DanSTAR has launched in EuRoC in the 9km Bi-Liquid category twice. First in 2020 with the Dragonfly project and second time in 2021 with the Valkyrie project.
Next up is the Parhelion project that we hope can break our own world record for student built Bi-Liquid rockets!
